Garlic Rosemary Steak
Ingredients:
-1lb Flank or Sirloin Steak
Directions:
Season steak generously with spices. Along with grinding the peppercorn, I also ground up the rosemary a little bit. Add olive oil to a hot pan and sear to desired doneness, rest, then slice. In the same pan I sauteed asparagus spears. Green beans would also go nicely with this dish. I served with a helping of rice and sweet potato.
