Smokey Chili Lime Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients:

-1lb Shrimp, peeled

-1 Zucchini, sliced

-1 Bell Pepper, sliced

-Olive Oil

-Smoked Paprika

-Chili Powder or Chili Flake

-Lime Zest

-Sea Salt

Directions:

Toss shrimp with spices and olive oil. I didn’t have a ratio with this part, I just gave it a nice even coating of everything. Sautee quickly over medium-high heat. Remove the shrimp and set aside, cook vegetables in the same skillet. If you need to add a little bit more oil for the vegetables go ahead. Once cooked, add the shrimp back to the skillet. Finish with lime zest and can serve with a lime wedge. I placed the meal overtop a helping of rice.
