Ginger Sesame Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

-1 cup rice or noodles

-1 cup broccoli florets

-1 cup baby carrots, sliced

-1/2 cup snap peas

-tofu, edamame, meat (optional) I went with edamame and beef

-1/2 in ginger, sliced

-soy sauce

-sesame oil

-Garlic Powder

-Sesame Seeds

-Chili Flakes

-Olive Oil

Cook rice/noodles according to package.

Stir-fry veggies, meat, and ginger in oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes. Finish with soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving, (I left my pack at the store so not shown in photo).
